The Slow Loris is a dynamically driven lo-fi modulated slapback pedal. With a unique control set it will go anywhere from a subtle atmospheric vibrato/chorus to a delayed sea-sick warped vinyl lo-fi sound. With the control knob up it becomes more sensitive and instable, play lightly and you’ll experience a more subtle modulated slapback, but dig in and hit the pedal harder and you’ll trigger a deeper vibrato that will make your playing feel like it’s about to fall over.

A note on noise:
Because of the nature of this circuit there is an inherent small amount of noise in the effect. There is some static and crackle, and that's normal. You'll probably notice it more with hotter or more bassy pickups, humbuckers tend to bring it out more frequently. This is normal. Usually if you dial back your guitar volume a tiny bit it'll clean it up, and if you use it in conjunction with a lot of other effects chances are you'll probably never notice it. I know that kind of "rough around the edges" result isn't for everyone, but I think it is part of what makes this pedal special.

PCB designed by Will Killingsworth at Dead Air Studios

This pedal runs on standard 9v center pin negative DC power ONLY (any standard “boss style” pedal power adapters will work, just please don’t try and run it at 18v or center pin positive, it could/will break the pedal).

NOTE: Because each pedal is made by hand every enclosure will be slightly different, your pedal may not look exactly like the photos.

International Customers:
I ship everywhere in the world, and most of the time without any issue. However, occasionally things happen and packages get lost. If this happens I will always do my best to make things right, however if a refund is requested it will be for the cost of the pedal ONLY. I will not be responsible for refunding any additional governmentally forced import/customs/tariff fees. So while a missing package may be a rare occurrence, customers outside the US must purchase at their own risk.
