Quick Policy Information:
- Refund policy — ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, if the product doesn't get delivered you will have the option of a refund or a replacement. Refunds will be given for the cost of the pedal ONLY, I am not responsible for refunding any additional import/customs/tariff fees. Please do not email after 3 months asking for a refund just because you don't like that pedal.
- Delivery policy — In stock pedals ship within a couple days usually via USPS. Pre-order pedals ship when build is completed.
- Return policy – If an item arrives damaged or doesn't functional properly it can be returned. Please do not email after 3 months asking for a refund just because you don't like that pedal. However, the customer will be responsible for shipping the pedal back and a refund will be given for the cost of the pedal ONLY. Otherwise ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- Cancellation policy — Cancellations can be provided before pedals are shipped.
